Map of Dunder Mifflin Company Branche Locations From the US Office

Map created by reddit user (and Office fan) Icy-Wind-4330
Despite growing up in Ontario, I never had much of a sense where the various branches of Dunder Mifflin were supposed to be while watching the US office.

This map solves that.

From the author:

Dunder Mifflin’s branches include several active and closed locations.

The Scranton branch in Pennsylvania is the main setting of the series.

The Akron branch in Ohio is jokingly referred to by Michael as “haunted,” while the Albany branch in New York is currently managed by Jeff.

The Nashua branch in New Hampshire becomes Holly’s workplace after her relationship with Michael is discovered.

The New York corporate headquarters serves as the center of operations, where Ryan replaces Jan in a corporate role.

The Rochester branch is briefly mentioned, though Michael and Pam skip visiting it in favor of Nashua, while the Syracuse branch, also in New York, competes with Scranton after Binghamton closes.

Lastly, the Utica branch, managed by Karen, is described by Michael as boring but is visited in “Lecture Circuit Part 1.”

Several branches have been closed or never fully realized.

The Binghamton branch was shut down by Robert California in Season 8, just before Sabre’s liquidation.

The Buffalo branch closed between Seasons 5 and 6, while the Camden branch in New Jersey, known for its poor reputation, shut down in Season 5.

The Northeast branch, a proposed renaming of Stamford after it was set to absorb Scranton, never came to fruition.

The Pittsfield branch in Massachusetts closed following a failed unionization effort, and the Stamford branch was absorbed into Scranton after its closure.

Lastly, the Yonkers branch closed shortly before “Company Picnic.”
