So apparently Iceland, the country that eats the most meat per capita (out of any country), is also the country that has the most vegan/vegetarian restaurants (in Europe at least)?

No. It is probably just the country that has most restaurants, any restaurants, per million people. So even if very few of the restaurants are vegetarian or vegan, they would be in the top of the list.

These map and data are meaningless in context of vegetarian & vegan-friendly countries. It shows absolutely nothing. It should show percentage of vegan & vegetarian restaurants from total number of restaurants per country.
