These 3 wonderful maps are all the work of Alex at Vividmaps (you can see an integrative version on his site).
They show the lone islands of voting support for Harris, Biden and Clinton in their respective US Presidential elections against Donald Trump visualised as topography maps rather than standard election maps.

I’m a bit unclear who created the original map, but whoever they are I am really impressed with the work and would love to give them the proper credit they deserve.

Here are the details according to Wikipedia:
The vast majority simply call it Istanbul, with the Balkan countries and Russia sometimes also referring to it as Tsarigrad and Romania, Moldova and Georgia still sometimes using the old name of Constantinople.
However, Greece is the lone holdout which refuses to recognise the last 500 years of history and stubbornly refuses to call it anything other than Constantinople (I guess they didn’t like it better that way).
