The map above shows how much GDP is created by every hour worked in a country measured in constant 2021 International $ at PPP.
Basically, this means it shows how much economic output a typical worker is producing in economy relative to the cost of living in that country. Or to put another way how productive an economy is.
The map above looks at India’s first bullet speed line, the Mumbai–Ahmedabad high-speed rail corridor compared to the UK’s second high-speed line very aptly named High Speed 2 (or HS2 for short).

The answer of course is Bismarck, North Dakota named after Otto von Bismarck the architect of German Unification in 1871 and the founding of the German Empire.
This became known as the 2nd Reich (the first being the Holy Roman Empire and the 3rd one that didn’t end too well).

Note the data below is for individual airline brands and not airline groups as a whole.

Just be aware that more planes does not necessarily mean more passengers since some airlines have many smaller planes while others run smaller fleets of large planes.
