The map above was created by NASA and shows the the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Blooms in the Northern compared to Southern Hemisphere. Apparently, the cleanest air in the world can be found in North-West Tasmania (Cape Grim), the most polluted air in the world can be found in Ahmedabad, India.

In dark purple you have areas where the average high temperature in January is above freezing (0°C; 32°F).
And in light purple you have even warmer places where the average low in January is above freezing (basically stays above freezing the whole month).
