How this tool works
The address is geocoded with OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service, which matches it against the OpenStreetMap database and returns the best match with its coordinates. Results show the matched place (so you can confirm it found the right one), the coordinates in decimal degrees and DMS, and the point on a map.

Why use it
