How this tool works
Each city is matched to its IANA time zone, and your browser computes both current local times and the difference between their UTC offsets right now, so daylight saving on either side is automatically included. The table below aligns all 24 hours of one city against the other and shades the overlap of both cities' 9:00 to 17:00 working days, the practical detail for scheduling.
