How this tool works
Pick a starting place and the tool shows two globes side by side: one centered on your starting point and one centered on the exit, which is the antipode on the far side of the planet. The tunnel through the center of the Earth is 12,742 km long. Country outlines on both globes make it easy to see what surrounds each end.

Why use it
