How this tool works
Search any place, address, or coordinates and the tool returns the ground elevation from Open-Meteo's global 90-meter digital elevation model, in meters and feet. Ocean points return 0 or small negative values, and depressions below sea level (like Death Valley or the Dead Sea shore) show correctly as negative.

Why use it
Elevation shapes climate, difficulty, and travel plans, but finding a reliable figure for an arbitrary point normally means digging through articles. A direct DEM lookup answers it for anywhere in seconds.
